About IBMC
International Bondson Music Competition (IBMC) is an international online-based music competition founded and supported by Bondson Art Limited. Available to all nationalities and ages in Winds (Flute, Clarinet, Oboe, English horn, Basson, Recorder, Trumpet, Horn, Trombone, Euphonium, Tuba), Strings (Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass, Guitar, Harp), Chinese Music, Vocal, Keyboard (Piano, Forte Piano, Organ) and Ensemble (Chamber groups, Concert Band, Symphony Orchestra).
Each Solo section is divided into different age categories: Junior class (not elder than 10 years old), Youth class (not elder than 17 years old), Senior class (18 years old or above), Professional class (no age limit with Music School student or graduate), Open class (not age limit).
For the duration of the audition piece:
Junior class: within 5 minutes
Youth class: within 10 minutes
Senior class: within 15 minutes
Professional class: within 20 minutes
Open class: no limit on duration
Ensemble class: no limit on ages, but within 15 minutes for each group
All Participants are required to submit video material for the competition. According to the performance of the video recording submitted, on behalf of the board of professional musician and juries we will allocate the prizes with the following devision:
First prize: 90-100 Marks
Second prize: 80-89 Marks
Third prize: 70-79 Marks
*For the Marks below 70, Certificate of Participation will be issued.
Prize winner will be informed though E-mail. Certificate will be delivered via mail.
Prize winner can choose to pay for the trophy, details will be informed with the result announcement.
